I just recently got some Bold N Bright and some Trim Restorer, do both of these products contain UV protection?

Anyone see a problem with using Trim Restorer all the time?

Also any pros/cons or coments about these products

Thanks

I LOVE trim restore, its my go-to product on any car more than a year old. The upside of it: it lasts, it shines, and it restores. The downsides - price and oil-based-ness. Its not waterbased, so that might pose some problems for certian LSPs, if it smears or runs before LSP application. Also, its probably not what I'd want to use in a paint shop. Other than that, its unbeatable.

As for BnB, I just got a quart of it today, so I'll have to try it for myself :).

I believe Trim Restorer has UV protection. I love this product, it works, and it lasts as well. Really brings the black out in trim plastic around windshields in my experience.

i've used both products. i think the both contain some UV protection.

define "all the time" :D but i've used it on my mach1's black plastic about once a month, maybe a little more frequently on the front spoiler, and i haven't seen anything bad happen to it yet.

Trim Restorer - great for removing wax and such from the trim. lasts for a while (about a month). it does run if hasn't had time to "set", meaning if it rains within 24 hours, it'll most likely run.

BnB - nice tire dressing. i just started using it recently so i'm not that familiar with it. i do know it took me about 3-4 applications with a foam pad to get it to the look i wanted (kinda shiney).

Don't know about bnb, but from Steve's website "Trim Restorer is a long lasting unique dressing, with a patented UV absorber for ultimate protection of exterior and interior surfaces."

I've been using Trim Restorer since last year and really like it.

It also mentions that you can you use on the interior, has/does any do this, I am almost out of my Megs interior spray and was looking for something new, if this is an inside product and out it wouldmake a great addition.

I love TR on hard, faded exterior plastic trim... really restores the black gloss. I prefer BnB on the rubber though (tyres, door and window seals).
