I just bought a '98 M3, Alpine white. Overall the paint condition is pretty darn good, but there are four to five spots where the last owner applied touch up to some scratches and it looks bad:
This is probably the worst of the bunch, looks like they used white-out and it was drying when they did it.
So, how do I fix this? Wet sand the offending area then properly apply some touch up?
