Polishing transparent plastic?

Hi everybody. I'd like to polish my car's headlights, tail lights, and side indicators. The headlights and tail lights look pretty good already, just have some minor swirling - so I'd just like a product to provide a nice clear jewelled finish. The side indicators are a little worse off, but still not too bad. I recently wet-sanded them with 400 and 2000 grit sandpaper to remove the raised lettering, and followed up by applying ScratchX with a foam applicator. However, they still have a bit of a dull hazy look to them.

Anyway, what product would work well for restoring the luster and giving a nice haze-free finish? I have a PC and some LC orange 4" pads, maybe using ScratchX or PlastX on an orange pad would work?

Thanks!

Seeing that you've said they still look dull, I'd try Meg's M105 with orange & M205 after. Should make them look really nice.

How has M205 worked for you on that? I tried it on black exterior plastic (the "D" pillars on the Yukon) as per my usual "polish the plastic" regimen, and it came out *AWFUL* Looked OK initially, but as the oils dissipated it started looking really bad, and once I stripped them off the rest of the way I had an unsightly mess. Ended up redoing them from scratch (pun sorta intended). So I had pretty much written M205 off for use on plastics
