polishing questions

its naturally curly......
I am going to fire up my "australian" version of the PC, and after reading a few threads, had a quick question.

I am going to run with

1. Menzerna FP ( I have IP but my paintwork is basically new, previously clayed and I dont think needs it at this stage but I have it if needed )

2. AIO

3. SG x 2 or 3 ( not sure how fussed I will be at this stage )

4. S100 ( would like to try NXT but when will it be in australia?? Mike ya killing me down here! :) )

Question is this. After polishing with the FP, I see some, particularly the major himself, recommend following up with a hand polish...is this necessary or is it adequate that after using the PC to do a 50:50 rub down and then head straight on to the AIO? Seems a finicky step that wont improve what can be achieved with the PC IMO.

So any suggestions or ways I could improve the above as I have a car cruise this weekend and I want it to look *ultra autopian*.

TIA guys and gals.

I went FP right to Zaino and IMHO FP needs nothing between it and AIO. I don't think a hand polish would be a benificial step. The result I had left little room for improvement.

I'd like to hear comments on the water mist on SG before it has cured ( from reading on other sealants water or any foriegn moisture including QD ) will have an impact on the curing. With NXT etc its recommended to keep it out of the water/rain for at least 24 hours for the best durability results.
