Polishing Powdercoated Wheels

I have some black powdercoated wheels (seems more like paint, scratches really easy) Anyways they are swirled a bit and I'd like to correct them, should I buy some foam finger pad things to try and polish them out or is there a good wheel pad system?

I think the foam finger pad would be your best bet unless someone has used the little powerball mini before. I have never used it, so I can't give an opinion about it.

I've never used one but the finish on these is really easy to scratch.. how soft are they?
