polishing and protecting chrome wheels

cany anyone recommend a polishing product and a protection product for chrome wheels? i've been using z5, then 3 coats of z2 but i'm not sure using zaino on chrome is the best thing for them? i need something that will last long and protect against brake dust. multiple products is fine if needed.

I like Poorboy's Wheel Sealant, but any good sealant (like the Z you are using) should work well. If I'm applying Z to my car then I just use that for the chrome wheels too since I already have it out and mixed (ZFX).

I do like the Poorboy's stuff a little better just because of the way it looks on my chrome American mags, the smell, and ease of use.

......btw, i've been using claybar on my chrome as well, is that ok?
That is OK when needed. I find that if you keep up with your wheels and keep them sealed then everything cleans off pretty easy with regular car wash soap.

If you clay, use a wheel cleaner, or bug and tar remover then I would reseal them.

would you use a sealant like wolfgangs or maybe just use Klasse AOI? I would also squirt some fk425 or megs QD between washes

If using AIO I'd follow up with a more durable sealant, and the QD is a good idea to maintain slickness too.

Not sure how durable Wolfgang is, I haven't used it in ages, but whatever works for you is fine.
