Polished aluminum wheels and opti coat

Hello first of all sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Well i recently refinished the wheels of my car by polishing the lips and powder coating the centers, the wheels came out great but as we all know unprotected aluminum will fog or lose its shine quickly. Ive been reading about opticoat and im really interested to know if it would work on aluminum and not make it lose any shine, im also planing to use it on my custom bike that is spotless. I will add pics as soon as im able to. Thanks for any help guys.

Thanks again.

I have a set of wheels that are OptiCoated (painted and clearcoated) and have been great so far. John Klevin just put Matrix Coating on another set for me (also painted and clearcoated), and I'm anxious to see how it compares. I am a definitely believer in the coatings!

I also had my polished stainless exhaust tips coated with Matrix, will see how it holds up. I would also like to know how OC does on bare aluminum out of curiosity.

Those wheels look great. I would not want to scrub all of those fasteners around the outside of the wheel or all the intricate webbing, I hope OC works for you!
