Greetings Autopia,

here is a video produced in conjunction with DJ Mayo Studios and IAP Racing of the application of the Cristal (glass polish) and Rain | 9H (windshield coating). It is the first in a series of how-to videos we are looking to make.

Do you have to prep the glass after you polish, or can you go straight from polish to coating after wiping the polish residue?

You go straight to coating after removing the polish residue. Cristal contains the hardeners for Rain (just like Primer contains the hardeners for Cosmic). Without Cristal, Rain will only harden to about 80% of its potential hardness.

I am currently using optimum glass and always looking for a better coating for paint, glass, trim and rims.

I have recently added the engine, Bella clean to my regimen.

Bringing this back, I received the Cristal & Kit ina giveaway last year, as far as the polish goes can I just use a white foam polishing pad ?
