I got a few hours to do some polishing on Saturday. I just got some Megs #82 SFP. Used it with a Meg's 8006 polish pad..worked OK but not as nice as 1Z MP. I found that I liked Perfect It III MG more than the Megs. What other polishes would you recommend for a black Benz..I'm looking for that final pop finish. I use Megs Fine Cut or DACP as the prep polish..just want that magical pop polish.

Most poorboys users recommend PWC for darker vehicles but I am sure they will chime in. PP is great prep though for wax/sealants depending on what your process is. I have also got great results with cherry wet wax and I recall vanilla moose being highly recommended on darker vehicles also.

I'm using Wolfgang, now..my new favorite on black. I tried PWC and Pw/EX..OK, but not as glossy as the 1Z MP. Problem is I only have a small sample of the 1Z and was trying to find something sort of equivalent that could be purchased locally. Not thrilled with: SWP, PB w/C, PB w/EX, SMR.
Anything else I can try?
