I ordered both the large and the small, the small's description says it's 18cm long. I'm in American a centimeter means nothing to me lol. I Googled and it says 7 inches, okay. But nope, the brush I got in the mail isn't close to 7 inches long, it's maybe 4". I paid $10 for this, while that's a small amount of money in the big scheme of things. I dunno, that's pricey for such a tiny brush. But I haven't used it yet so hopefully it'll be excellent in cracks and crevices. The picture on the web site's tiny, but it's CLEARLY not the same brush. It's longer in the pic and has more rows of bristles. And has a logo on it Now the large brush I used today. The description says
Genuine Madagascar poet stocking
What is that? This confused me more than trying to figure out 17cm without some sort of rest of the world to the US converter. So I Googled it. NOPE. i searched for Madagascar poet stocking, Madagascar stocking & poet stocking and I still don't know what it is. But I do know this brush ROCKS. I used it today on a neighbors cars carpet floor mats. Normally I use my Metro Vac & Blo on them. They were coated with dead grass and other nature-y things. The stuff literally fell off and I didn't even have to vacuum them. After using it on all 4 mats not a single bristles fell out either. I really like how they say in the description "non-slip handle" ummm, it's plain wood lol. I love the brush though and as long as it doesn't start to shed like all my other brushes I'll be happy with having spend $20 on it. I know a brush seems like a trivial thing to get excited about, but I've had so many that suck, or were good but just fell apart. This one will probably fall apart too, is it hand made in Germany? I know they make all their bottled products by hand when you order them. Perhaps I got 2 hand made German brushes for $30. If so, that's quite the good deal! I would like the small brush they advertise. They don't have any others on the web site so it's not like I got sent the wrong one by mistake. The large brush's pic on the web site shows the PA chick logo thingy, the brush I got has nothing of the sorts
Can someone here please explain what "Genuine Madagascar poet stocking" is? Like I'm lost to the point I'm wondering if it's just something they completely made up lol.
