What Kind of software should I use, for my detailing business.
Im not understanding terms like invoiceing vs. Reciepts.

or order tracking,

basically all the paper work side of things.

I use Quickbooks Pro for my books.

If you are in that bad of shape, you probably need to take a basic accounting class.
Personally, I use Quickbooks, on the advice of my accountant. It is easy and fast.
The difference between invoice and receipts? An invoice is a statement saying that someone owes you something. A receipt is a statement saying you received something. A Statement is a record of money owed.
