I have a '99 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in Bright Platinum Metallic with a large scratch or chip on the right front side just below the passenger door. I have read some articles on the forum - along with David's article - but I would like some advice on my particular situation.
I would like some suggestions on how I could tackle this problem to get it back looking as best it can. I know about paintscratch.com and so forth, but is this best left to a professional? Can I do this myself? Anyone else tackled something like this? What would I need to do this myself?
Oh, and I promise to clean and fully detail her this weekend. It is a Jeep.
