(Please Help) Aluminium trailers (Oxidation)

I have a new account with a wholesaler that wants me to polish his Aluminium trailers that have moderate to heavy oxidation. Now I have tryed a chemical paint cleaner, then moved to ssr1. Both products did'nt give the desired results. I think super polish for poorboys might do it. But I do need to find a product that will do the trick.

Also the trailers have painted portions that swirls up so quick when cleaning. I need some advice.

Pro Polish with a rotary and a heavy cut wool pad should get the oxidation, then you can bring the gloss back up.
