Platinum Package Detail Chevy Silverado Diesel

I got my first customer that went with my platinum package detail which involves a 3 step polishing process. The truck gets used at truck pulls and seems like a pretty damn fast truck. The interior was pretty well kept up, just had a few stains. The exterior was in rough shape. He said he clayed it but I pulled off a lot of contamination. The paint also needed some help. He said he did a glaze by hand to polish which also led me to believe we had different definitions of polishing. He also said he used a 3M Scotch Brite pad on the running boards. As you can see in the pictures below it did a number on them. He said to not worry about them but I couldn't put that much time into the paint only to leave the boards looking like hell so I gave them a quick polish and brought a little shine back to them. The paint is pretty damn close to perfect minus the scratches that would require them to be wet sanded. Enjoy

Love the color! You made it look really good. That is one big dang truck. You must have spent a lot of time on that beast but you sure made it look great.

Thanks! It took me a little over 12 hours of working time. My brother has one on his but it isn't very often that I see one on a truck either.
