Placing my first Zaino order and have ?s

I was planning on ordering AIO, Z2pro, Z5pro, and Z6. Is that enough to get me started? Secondly, do any of you guys apply AIO via rotary or PC, and do you get any mild correction with it?

Thanks - any input on the correction abilities of AIO when used with a PC or rotary?

P.S. - please post over in the Off Topic area about your gripe with Crate & Barrel - I'd love to hear it (they just opened one near me).

Z-2 for lighter cars with a good finish (no swirls or scratches)

Z-5 for dark cars and those with slight imperfections since Z-5 has some filler for those.

I'd add Z-7 (carwash) also.

Z-8 really looks great, especially on a dark car.

And apply at least 2 coats, and use less than you think you need. A little really goes a long way.

I've had good results with Z-CS on light and dark cars, but you'll find varying opinions on this.

But for heaven's sake, follow Sal's directions!!! Also check the "application" and "tricks and tips" sections on zainostore.com

Z7 car wash is indespensible, Z6 can sub for Z8 to start. The colder it is, ZFx will help set it better

and get some good microfiber buffing towels

There is no need for both Z6 and Z8, one will suffice. Definitely no need for ZCS. Persoanlly I think ZCS is an overhyped product. ZFx is a must if you intend to layer Z2 and Z5. The soap is just OK for me.

I can't tell a difference between the two, I've got Z5 so I'll recommend it. ;)

ZAIO/Z5 and Z8 will get your excellent results assuming proper polishing prior to their use. Like with all sealants, Zaino will magnify poor prep.

I totally agree... if you don't get rid of the paint defects... you can see it in clear sunlight.

Z8 to start with, its the best.

I only use Z6 with Z2/Z5 for pad prime/ between layers, but it is cheaper, if you can get the lot.

I love Z7, and prefer Z2 on my black pearl, just has more shine.

I'd get the Z-26 "Sal special" Call him and he'll tell you about it. Rumor has it 16 months durability and all you do is splash it haphazardly on the paint.

What in the world? I think Z-26 is a mixture of Z10 and Z16 for vinyl and leather.

What color is your car?

I get superior results with z2 on light colors.

z8 is a must!!!!

as others have said, prep is important with zaino. Don't count on z5 to fill anything. If you have swirls get a polish or try ZPC. ZAIO has not corrected for me, but is a very good base.
