Pitstops Times Compaired Across Motorsports

This is interesting for not only how crazy fast F1 pitstops are, but also how widely pitstop rules/ requirements vary across motorsports:

I can't even change one tire in that time.

For the nascar one, glad they didn't use Danica, she would have ended up 3 pits too far

NASCAR pitstops certainly are impressive. Last year I had the opportunity to go down into the garages and stay on pit row during a race and watch it all happen:

My "HOT" pass that allowed me to stay once the race started:
