am i the only one who loves pinnacle crystal mist???? i dont hear many people useing it and much talk about it on most forums. maybe the price is a factor. not sure . but i have to tell you i waxed my truck 3 weeks ago with souveran paste and washed it this week useing crystal mist and it really recharged the coat of souveran!!!! the looks are great!!! by far my favorite q/d........... those coconut oils in this really wet the paint!!!!!

No you aren't the only one. It does look great and is a nice option for us nuba die hards. Souveran+crystal mist can be a bit of a dust magnet though.

At the same time, there are quite a few very good QD options with a wide range of properties/characteristics (visual, feel, cleaning abilities, etc). As with all the products discussed here, you have to take everything with a grain of salt and tailor your product choice to find what works best for you.

i have never tired it but im sure sourveran plus the mist will produce good results

i have only been using sourveran and sonus quick detailer and its fine for me

but i have tired nxt 2.0 w/ meg's udq with good results

i think, and i really mean THINK that companies make complementary products which help each other. i could be totally wrong though or it could all be in my head

I use Crystal Mist on top of Collinite 845 on dark grey mazda3 and absolutely love it. So far most streak-resistant QD ever used.

I've never used it as I'm not using any wax anymore as it's a dust magnet here in dry South Australia

Since I'm a sealant person and want maximum slickness, gloss enhancement and sealant recharging, Driven to Perfection Quick spray concentrate, Prima Slick, Aussie Gold Showroom Glaze & Duragloss FC&S are what I use

Mostly Driven cause it's a powerful cleaner, got sealant in it and oils as well and I can mix to whichever strength I want and it does the entire car's surfaces

I think Crystal Mist really enhances the look of Souveran and Signature. It gives my diamond graphite G35 a nice pop.

I'm a huge fan also. It keeps Souveran and Victoria Concours looking sharp. There's just something about that smell that makes me perky during the long winter months too. In December I dream of dancing sugar plums and little umbrellas and life is good.

I finally settled in on RMG/Souveran for my black garage queen late last fall. I bought a bottle of Crystal Mist as a QD for it but never got to use it due to the rapid onset of winter. Well, I used it last weekend after I washed my car. Let me tell you that I am absolutely NOT impressed thus far. In fact, it streaked worse than any of my other QD's such as Quikshine, Z-6, Z-8 or Meguiars. Maybe I need a refresher coat of Souveran but as of right now this might be going back to Autogeek. I wonder if FK425 would be a better choice?

Another great QD for carnaubas waxes! The scent combinations when using CM with Souveran is truely a treat for the schnoz. (lol)

Pinnacle Crystal Mist! Excellent product! Another one of those items that fades from our memory as were barraged with the latest 'n' greatest.

If you are fond of Crystal Mist, you're gonna luv 1Grand's Show Off! That's the richest product of its type I've tried.

Enjoy :)

How does Crystal Mist compare to Field Glaze? I like Field Glaze, but like all things Zymol, it's pricey. And I don't feel that Field Glaze is all *that* good. It seems like it's too watered down. I've been looking for a good nuba based replacement.
