man..this is not easy..
I did it using OXI clean and Oxi detergents..These worked great...and by hand..used a 2.5 hp Shop Vas to remove the water..

I first however used SG on the panels, door panels etc..and THEN I wiped it down with the Oxi cleaner...

It takes some time. I was doing my CRX when I had just bought it and I had to remove an overpowering tobbacco smell, it took about four passes with a Little Green, and overnight soak with the oxy solution, and an extraction with the Little Green, filled with very hot, clear water. It took a while, but that car doesn't smell like anything anymore. (To give you an idea of the condition of it, there was standing tar in every place in the car, I had to use SG at 1:3 to get it out, and I ruined a cheap pack of Terry towels in the process.)
