You basically mess with adhesives and syringes to create an air-tight seal so some resin you put in there will bond to the glass without air bubbles.
My Mom's got 3 "star" chips in her windshield. Then like lots of little tiny ones. This kit is labor intensive enough I don't imagine it'll be easy to do all the little tiny chips. But, the 3 bigger one, I'm thinking about giving this kit a try.
