Perfect Shine Detailing Clay

I understand there are 2 patents and it follows 1 of them, but I can't find any real info. in regards to how it performs. Basically, is it worth getting?

Thanks for the time and help

Are you speaking of the yellow clay bar that's sold in the autopia detail shop?

I have some and used it and it works really well. It doesn't leave any residue on the paint and removes light contamination pretty well without any surface marring. It's also soft enough that it's easy to fold it to a clean surface.

According to the review section on clay, the perfect shine detailing clay is rated very well. I'm currently using the blackfire clay and am pleased with its performance. I'm willing to give the yellow bar a shot though to see the difference.

It's interesting. I noticed when I got my PS clay it looked JUST like the Zaino clay I got a long time ago when I used to use Zaino... Well except it was about 30% cheaper. I'm talking the same made in Japan printing on the plastic and all. I love the clay, it's my absolute favoritec and I've used quite a few. I was just wondering if anyone else noticed any similarity between PS clay and Z18 clay. I will say I didn't buy my Zaino stuff from Sal but it was from an authorized distributor. If it is the same though I've gotta say thanks to DavidB for making it affordable.:up

Oops, I posted a link above to an incorrect product review then. My apologies.

I think that link post was the first time I replied to a message without touching the keyboard! (click link to review, highlight url, right-click to copy and paste into this thread's reply box, hit send)

Woo hoo, post #400!
