Figured you guys (and gals) would enjoy seeing the LED lighting upgrade I added to my son`s Peg Perego John Deere tractor the other day:
Headlights:
LED`s hidden behind the headlight lens covers for a clean OEM look:
Rear LED`s:
Amber colored LED`s hidden under the amber tail light covers:
Used wire clips + spiral wrap to manage the wires running from the headlights into the lighting connectors blocks:
Added an on/off switch:
And then wired the lights into the battery so everything is on the same circuit:
It was a fun little DIY project, with only a few minor mistakes only the way
, and one I`d highly recommend to anyone with children (or grandchildren) who have ride-on battery powered toys.
Now I just need to coat it with DLUX!
