PC7424 - Polishing Next To Door Mouldings

I was working on my friends Nighthawk Black Accord yesterday. I removed most of the swirls on the door but theres a door moulding near the bottom where the PC could not really make good contact with because it kept hitting the moulding. Are there any tricks to get that pesky areas?

Photo of the area? An option would be to use a small diameter pad designed for spot buffing (4" pad), they work quite well with the PC, and tend to clean up deeper defects a lot faster as well due to the smaller area.

4" pads will be your friend on the spots between the handle and the window, on top of the door and down the A-pillar, and on smaller bumper areas...also, tape off the moulding and adjacent panels as to not burn them or stain them with polish

no sorry, no pictures. I was doing it last Saturday. I'll see if I can get some later on. I didn't really think of using a smaller pad, probably woulda saved myself a lot of frustration.
