PC with PUPP-C?

Does anyone use their PC when applying Platinum Ultimate Paint Pre-Cleaner, or do you all apply/remove it by hand?

I use a PC for just about everything except paste waxes. It doesn't really make a difference in appearance so much as it just makes the job faster. I still buff everything off by hand but I apply it with a PC whenever I get a chance.
