PC question

As scottabir said, they're not really comparable.

The pad revolves independantly of the motor spindle on a secondary off-axis rotation.

If you apply enough downward pressure to the pad, you can stop it rotating (revolving), bringing the Revolutions Per Minute (RPM) to zero, yet have the PC operating at 6000 OPM.

The idea is to keep the pressure at a point that applies enough energy to the pad, yet allows the pad maximum rotation.

I hope that makes sense. :D
