I already know the disadvantages not working the product in long enough. my question is: what would be the disadvantage of working the product in too long? in my case, IP, FP, and 85rd



curious because my experience with them was after working it in on speed 6 it left it almost, and I do mean almost, clear like nothing was there to buff out. hard to explain, though there was still a film left to buff off.

That light hard to see film is usually what you want. If you work it in to long what can happen is the product becomes dry and then you are rubbing a dry pad against your surface which will mar the finish.
