Buying one of these next week, Have a Dewalt 849. Any opinions on 3401,3403 or 603. Is the MG or other brands better than PC. Cars are 2009 Black Camry and 2001 Black Saab9-5 Turbo. Thanks guys, PM

PS:

01 saab needs needs heavy scratch and swirl removal

09 Camry light swirl and light scratch removal, 3 scratches on windshield, not deep

If you have a rotary I would get a Meguiar's G110 or the FLEX 3401. Both have more corrective power than most other options, but remain safe for final steps (ie no holograms).

you should be set with the dewalt 849 + flex 3401. but with the PC, you can use 4" pads (unless you get the flex adapter and pads), get into tight spots a little easier, and use cyclo brush attachments for the carpets which is nice...

I recently got the flex. First time I had used any type of machine....I have only used it on my truck once....I thought i did a pretty good job for an amateur. I am happy with the results so far. The flex is definitely a well built machine.

If your good with the rotary, I would get the PC. The abiltiy to use the 4" pads is a plus. The PC is still good enough to get the corners or edges that a rotary might burn. I have both the flex 3401 and the PC. I use both on a detail. Flex as the main, and the PC w/4" pads, on pillars and other small areas.
