PC Newbie... Pics of results on Red Colorado

Well, I detailed my Chevy Colorado this past weekend. I used the PC 7336 w/ SSR2.5 and a Sonus DAS green pad. I went straight to LSP from this product / pad combo. I applied 1 coat of NXT liquid by hand, and topped it with Meguiar's #26 the following day. I think it came out great! :D

I love those trucks.

Beautiful detail.

Looks kinda orangish though, is that how it appears in person? Or just on camera?

It is *kind of* orange-ish, but the pictures make it look more orange than it is in person. The color is "Victory Red", and is basically the same bright red that GM has been using on various cars (Grand Am, Firebird, etc) for the past 10 years or so.

Thanks for the compliment! :)

(BTW.... my other car is a Sapphire Blue '95 Mustang GT. Have any pictures of your '94 to share? )

Looks great! While we are at it, here is mine. This was pre-autopia, before I had a PC, with fresh paint on the Cobra R hood, and the whole car coated with Duragloss 601 & 111. :)

Nice hood! Anything done to the car?

It's an AODE car... I bought it stock in 2001. Added Magnaflow H-pipe, FRPP catback, A few valve body mods, a precision industries torque converter, ported lower intake, and a few other minor things.

I ran it at Englishtown last Nov, with 105k on the odometer.... went 14.49 @ 95.2 mph with the stock paper filter and airbox in place, and OEM 3.27 gears. Raceweight was 3540 lbs with me on board. Pretty good for a near-stock SN95 5.0 Automatic. :) 113k miles on it now, and still running strong!
