I have one! Its called Duct Tape! Works out great and I had it laying around the garage.

Duct tape isn't quite the same. I guess if you did bump the finish it would prevent something more serious, but the PC guard is made from a soft material. I don't quite know how to explain it. I am sure that other PC Guard owners will agree with me on this one.
