So where is the best deal for the 7424 PC? Always want the best price when I shop for everything. Figured you all could save me some time.

It all depends if you want just the machine or a kit to go with it. If you need pads and chemicals i would say shop the forum sponsers. If just the machine you could always try your local home depot or lowes.
 
Coastal Tools has the 7424 for $109, same as Lowes. But they're throwing in a 6" backing plate. Well, I think that's what it is. Picture looks funny. But it's some sort of hook-and-loop backing plate.

If you are looking for a good deal on a tool like the PC then you need to buy it from a place that buys enough quanity that they can get a discount. CoastalTool has long been the cheapest place online to get a PC 7424. Lowes sells the 7336 and you'll still need to get backing plates and pads. Get the PC from Coastal Tool and you'll already have a backing plate and the counterweight. All you'll need to look for are the right pads. Dwayne has some awesome looking pads that he just put up on his site. As long as you need to get polishes and sealants and waxes for your new PC anyway, you might as well pick up some pads and microfibers too. :bigups I just ordered a bunch of pads so I could have some with the sweet DC logo on the back. lol If Dwayne relabled windex with the DC logo then I'd probably buy that too. :lol: I'm a sucker for website branded products.
