Actually its for the garbage can, don't use it or use on an old beater as a polishing pad !
 
some have used it for polish the lip of the rim or exhaust tip to bring back the shine and prtect it...but like other said Do not use it on your paint" use at your own risk...

I'm gonna try using it on the head lights, and tail lights of a 00' Ford Ranger today with some NXT. Try and clear them up a little bit.
