I was fortunate to be chosen to be a beta tester for Poorboy's World Tornado Pad Cleaner. Thanks again to Poorboy and PBW for the opportunity.

Due to new garage doors (last weekend) and new internet being installed (this weekend), I was unable to dirty any pads for testing. So grungy came to the rescue with dirty pads for the test. And, living up to his moniker, they were properly grungy.
Apparently they had been sitting more or less in this state for YEARS - literally. Seeing them, I thought this would be a bit unfair to Tornado. Until I saw the results, that is.
Sprayed even mist on, agitated with brush, sprayed again, massaged in with fingers (wearing gloves), rinsed in warm water and dried with my pad dryer (Hitachi SPA18VA - about all I use my rotaries for anymore). Not perfectly clean but way, way better than I was expecting. The soaking method may have worked a little better in this case but I'll take it.
Also greatly appreciated was the scent: a pleasant mint. Vast improvement over other similar products which cause sneezing, coughing and other similar reactions.
Do I like Tornado? Heavens yes, yes, YES!! Please bring to market soon PBW!
