Are you sure they are buff trails, not just haze for KSG?

for a pic of BH's cleaning/filling ability.

I think blackhole has some cleaners and may remove some of your sealant
GS4_Fiend said:I think I do have buffer trails. Maybe because I didn't apply pressure evenly when polishing so maybe one side was higher than the other. I don't know. So the PBH would remove some of my KSG huh? I got like 4-5 layers. KSG is detergent resistance correct? I don't think it could remove that much if used by hand? But by machine it would fill in better correct?
JSFM35X said:From what I understand the black hole is a fill in glaze. It may have some cleaning properties to sharpen the shine on dark colors but it is first and foremost a "fill in" glaze. I would recommend you use it after your polishing step and before and LSP. Since you already have the LSP on there you could try to apply the BH and them sandwich it between a few more coats of LSP.
You could also call Poorboys directly and Steve or Pockets WILL have THE answer. You could also post on the PB forum and they get back to you quickly.
I have used BH on my black infiniti with good results. I wish you luck, I feel your pain on black!
Accumulator said:GS4_Fiend- This isn't what you want to hear, but I'd correct the "buffer trails". No matter what. Those are simply something I wouldn't live with if only because they're a result of not doing the job properly.
Trying to hide them, by putting a glaze on top of your sealant, just isn't the right thing to do IMO. Just IMO though :nixweiss
