PB wheel sealant left white residue on wheels - how to remove?

I applied PB wheel sealant on my Volk TE37's. Most of the wheel has a light texture to it and didn't think this would pose a problem. Anyways, during application it looked good and there were no problems. Then either after a few washes or just driving in the rain for a day or two, this white stuff started to appear on the wheels. Only way I could get it to disappear is by putting on more PB wheel sealant to mask it, but then it would just eventually come back.

So... what can I do to remove the white stuff, and then is there anything I can use for a sealant that won't end in this same scenario?

Yup, 100% sure it was PB Wheel Sealant. After application I did use a MF to buff off the rest left on from application, and it looked perfectly normal. It's not till driving in the rain for a day or two that what is shown in the above pic appears.

Ok, I was asking if the "reappearing" residue buffs off with a towel? I used to have this problem with EX-P; you'd buff off the car, and then for weeks after spots would show up that you "missed", even after thoroughly going over the car the first time the "missed" spots appeared. The only place it wouldn't buff off, though, was on textured trim.

Oh sorry, no, the residue from reappearing does not wipe off.

I'd try some GR-40, it's made for textured trim so it should be safe for your wheels:

Trim CleanerAny of the WOWA sealants will not cause a problem like that:

Ultima Paint Guard Plus Clearcoat Paint Sealant

Opti-Seal by Optimum

Z-CS Clear Seal: Zaino Store

Great thanks, I will look into those.
