PB Spray & Wipe at the Guitar Store!

I was in Sam Ash yesterday, and saw a bottle on the counter where the contents looked just like S&W. While no one was looking, I opened it and smelled. ahhhh Yes! Unmistakably Spray & Wipe. They use it on $2000+ acoustic guitars!

I told the guy behind the counter that I knew what that stuff was. He then said, "no, that's just a bottle, we put different stuff in it". I said again... "I know what that stuff is"! He didn't know it was S&W, in fact he didn't know what the stuff was. It could be the same formula being sold as something else. Maybe by PB or their supplier? Is PB the only supplier of this liquid?

I tend to use car care products for my guitar's paint, they work well and I probably have the best looking guitars around!

mebbe suggest 50/50 mix Spray and wipe/spray and gloss

I use FK425 on my drums. Heck, I've even waxed them once when I was bored.

Hmm I can't recall selling stuff to Sam Ash .... but who knows who our distributors have sold to.

I can assure you that nobody else makes Spray and Wipe like we do as much as they try =)

Yes, Ludwig. I'm a big fan of the Classic Maple series. I've had four sets.

It could just have been some fan of PB products that bought in a gallon. I'm gald to hear that S&W isn't some 55-gallon Wurth product!
