PB S&W vs. ONR

They're different products. I use both; ONR to do full washes and S&W for very light dust removal. S&W I mostly use during the summer. ONR I use for washes in my garage all year.

You can use ONR like the Poorboys Product (ONR diluted in a spray bottle works well)

but you can't use the Poorboys Product like the ONR, well not as effectively.

Professional Mobile detailers use ONR for their business, I'm not sure that they would

rely on the PB's Spray and wipe the same way (diluted into a 1-2 gallon bucket),

its more a very strong quick detailer to use after the ONR wash.

Weekly, I'll use the ONR to do a full wash. Then I follow up with an anti-static/dust repelling spray and wipe (FK 146) to remove water spots and any soil that might not have broken loose during the delicate ONR wash. Very slick aftwerwards. I reuse the water left in the bucket(with grit guard) to clean my wheels which are soaking in FK 146 while I'm cleaning the car with ONR. I cover the whole car and I mean everything, glass, paint interior vinyl, wheels in FK 425. If it rains the teflon like finish rolls away the soil. I've rarely had the luxury of a garage and this is by far the longest lasting results I've gotten.

ONR for the win. Canadian winters are pretty harsh and they use a lot of salt on the road. Would Bug Squash added to ONR help desolve the salt and road grime or can ONR do it on it's own?

If it were me, I'd pretreat the salted/road grimed areas. Steve says bug squash doesnt hurt your LSP when diluted, but I dont see how it could help it. The way I see it, your LSP is already taking a beating, why continue the assault if you dont have to? That said, I use diluted bug squash regularly on paint and even use it in my washer fluid. Bug squash is an awesome product, but like I said....pretreat with it instead of washing the whole car in it. It's been a long time since I've lived in NY, and I wasnt big into detailling in my preteens (moved to GA when I was 14), but I can imagine what it's like trying to keep a Daily driver clean in the winter as I do remember what the cars looked like that time of year.
