Not sure if this is the right place but...... Talk about SERVICE!! I have ordered from Patrick several times and everytime he goes above and beyond!



Opened my order today that only took 3 days to get and surprise.... A grout sponge for FREE! I was thinking about trying one..... He can read minds!



Just wanted to make sure and let everyone know what a GREAT Vendor he is!

Good to hear. I'm about to pick up a couple of sample-size optimum polishes from him, although I am a little disconcerted at the $6 shipping fee for two 4oz bottles within California.

I am not sure if this is Patrick's policy or not but many online retailers will have a shipping "floor" where they won't ship for any less. My guess as to why retailers do this is that it takes almost as long to box, tape up and ship 1 or 2 items as it does 7 or 8 items so they want to make the sale worth the time to prepare it. That is why I rarely ever buy just one thing from on online retailer. I try to project things I will need down the road and throw them in with the order to save in the long run.
