Paste Wax Needed Under Nose Mask / Le Bra??

The thread title might seem to many here as a "novice" type of question, but I'm looking for opinions from any and all on this subject. I purchased a nose mask for my new Honda Crosstour. The instructions inside the LeBra box suggest that a paste wax be used to protect the paint surface under the nose mask. By the time I install the nose mask, my Crosstour will have 3 layers of Z5 Pro (as it has now) and 3 layers of Z2 Pro this weekend. After the Z2 Pro fully cures, I'll install the nose mask / bra. It's my 1st bra. lol. I guess you could call it my 1st "training bra". lol. So what should I do? Leave the Zaino alone on the areas under the bra or put a layer of 1000p (or 2) on the areas under the bra? Any thoughts??

The Zaino will be fine by itself, no real benefit to add 1000P. My guess is the only reason the say use a paste wax is because that's what most of the general public understand in detailing language. If they said put a sealant under it, there customer service phone would be ringing non-stop with "what is a sealant and where do i buy it?"

Used Zaino under all my bra's for years and have NEVER had any issues with the paint from the bra.

If you have any areas where the bra pulls real tight against the paint when installing or anything I would get a piece of clear static cling vinyl similar to Cleartastic and cut a small piece to go behind the bra in the area in question. I did this with my C5 Z06 bra and it protected that thin edge from wearing thin from me pulling the strap tight around that edge every time I installed the bra. The film is under the bra so it could not be seen. OF course every car is different.
