Parking Permit on Tinted Window

What is the best way to apply a parking permit to a car with tinted windows? I don't want to apply the sticker directly to the glass because I'll end up damaging the tint when I try to remove it when it expires. I have tried applying it first to plastic wrap and clear report covers, then taping it to window, but it always shrivels up. Any ideas from anyone?

What about some low-tach tape maybe black electrical tape, that can always be peeled off and it usually doesnt leave much adhevsive.

How about something like this?

Howdy... new to this forum but have been on others for a while. I lived in an apartment complex that required parking permits on the inside of the windows, which mine were tinted. My solution was to take a sandwhich bag and trim a piece of the baggie plastic so that just the edge of the permit on the left and right ends would be exposed, then applied the plastic to the permit. I then put the permit on the window and was good to go. After a couple of years in the hot Florida sun, I moved and it was time to remove the permit. It came right off with no problems since only a centimeter of adhesive on each side of the sticker was actually attached to the glass. Good luck!
