paintless dent removal, bay area?

Hi I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations

of a good paintless dent removal place in the SF bay area(CA),

preferably inmbetween San Jose and San Francisco.



Got some dings that need pulling out,

and I care about my car too much to just pick at random!!



but I Just might have to if I dont get some advice,

either that or go to the one that advertises on TV, heh.

Dunno if they run TV commercials. I've never seen one. A few of us on the MDX boards have used them w/success. DentWizard is also a popular alternative. Both are franchises. I don't know any individual's names doing it, but I'm sure there are.



You can always check with your dealer to see who they're using; most of these guys have arrangements to come to the dealers' lots to handle customer cars and used car inventory, too. Just try and find out the name and go direct, though, as the dealers typically will mark up the $ higher than if you call yourself.



FWIW, they usually want to polish the area with a filthy battery-powered rotary when they're through. I just told the guy to leave it and hit the area with a PC and some 3M PI/SMR myself.

I didnt know they did that.



mine might need polishing cuz theres a scuff in the center of the dent



but my whole car needs a good polish too.



I dont really want to buy a PC though..
