Paint touchup help

The misses bumped the garage door frame today, now I get to learn paint repair. It's on the corner of the bumper about 6-7" long and 2-3" wide. Paint was completly removed to the black bumper, so where do I start?

That doesn't sound like a touch-up. I'm with illusion, off to the body shop for a repaint.
