Paint splatter on wheel wells

I got some paint splatter on one of my wheel wells on my MR2. It's kind of thick and is just in a line form. It's not too bad but really bothers me. I wanted to know how to remove without causing damage. Thanks in advance.

Dont mean to hijack but

I have the same problem on my dad's Caddy- It's yellow paint spots on the driver's front and rear wheel wells-- I broke my back in the summer detailing this car and I hate it when people let little things like this go without washing it off immediately.

I tried to hose it off but it was probably dry for a few days.

What can I use to take off these paint spots?

I've had lots of luck blasting them off with my pressure washer. Get really close. You can also pre-soak with a slow drying solvent to possibly loosen up the grip of the paint before pressure washing.

I will wet the paint down with some mineral spirits and let it work it's way between the paint and the plastic wheel well. When it loosens a little, I will take a plastic razor blade and work it off. Pressure washer would prob work too as David suggested, but I have never tried it.

And if the above suggestions don't work...

I've removed some pretty old highway-line paint using FK1119, with an extended dwell-time. Somebody like Ron Ketcham could probably offer caveats about letting that stuff dwell for too long, but it worked fine for me.

And they sell "highway paint remover" products (check TOL, I think they have one), but I've never tried them.

True Confessions time...I have some highway paint in the one wheelwell of my wife's A8 that I never did get off...doesn't bother her, so it doesn't bother me.
