Paint overspray

They were painting water tower and got some overspray on buddys truck, Will polish take any off or do i have to clay? (i have plenty of polish on hand)



PS Truck is black and has clear coat

Claying should do the trick

You definately want to clay. Even if polish would help.. you'd want to clay before polishing. You should be able to find clay under 10 bucks.. and probably do the whole truck in under 1.5 hours.. that's figuring w/ overspray... I clay a whole car with NORMAL contaminants in under and hour easy.

Side note...I ran out of clay and went to go grab some Clay Magic at Autozone and it was 17 dollars. Sucked

I've only seen the clay magic kit with the QD...they also had the mothers kit for $35 but it includes 4 oz of cleaner wax!!!
