Anybody is doing it? If some body has experience polishing outside, i need some help. What kind of light are you guys using? I only see scratches/swirls on black paint, i cannot see any swirls on silver or other hard to see swirl paint. i see them on sun but cannot find anything under light. Any suggestion? i heard about sun gun but its not a choice now, no garage ether. Please i need help! i cant do anything until i fix this problem. Polishing under sun is impossible because its 110+/- degrees outside in California sun. thanks guys.

I do it all the time here in the Dallas area. Unless it is really humid, #105/205 work decently well in the sun (humidity can cause some gumming issues) and the new Optimum Hyper Polish and Hyper Compound work very well in the sun. I prefer to do paint correction in the sun when possible, makes it a lot easier to see what is removed and the heat flashes off the oils in polishes pretty quickly.

Thanks Scott, ill defiantly keep that in mind, its just some times it gets so hard in Sacramento its almost impossible to do it on sun. I found garage which i will be asking if the owners want to rent it to me.

yeah I was going to suggest the optimum polishes for outside polishing as menzerna doesn't like the sun, neither does megs for the most part.

I can't say for Optimum Polishes (but I just ordered the new Hyper/polish sprays to give it a try. Anyway, I have used the Gloss-It products in direct sunlight in 85* temps, and it worked like a charm. Just another option for you.
