Pads to use with PC when applying AIO & SG ?

Recommendations please - what pads would you use when applying AIO as first step and SG as second step.

Welcome, I use a terry bonnet for the AIO and that works very well. SG can be applied with a PC but it is hard to get a good thin coat. Lake Country makes a glaze pad that you could use. the red pad in the link.

Since AIO is more of a polish than a sealant, I'd recommend a polishing pad.



Btw, PC or rotary? Either way, polishing pad.



I wouldn't apply SG by machine if I were you. Consider yourself warned.

I am doing a 25' twin hull black painted boat this weekend. I was gonna do AIO with polishing pad, then SG with finishing pad. I cant imagine doing the whole SG xN times by hand on a 25' boat.



Any tips or tricks? for putting sg on with a pad? Maybe WOWO method in small sections?
