Package never arrived even though UPS said it was delivered

What is our recourse regarding the subject line? I sent an email to Autopia but it hasn`t been answered.
 
Autopia is part of PBMG. So just be patient tonight and give them a call in the morning. I bet your order was delivered to the wrong address. I have never had any issues with Autopia fulfilling my orders even when something was missing or damaged.

If you have your tracking number call the carrier and find out where your package was delivered to

The carrier says to contact the sender first, but yeah, I should do that to provide PBMG with more details. It`s just $70 so not loosing sleep, just wondering what you guys have done in the situation.
 
This happens to me countless times with USPS when I order from Amazon.
They will say its delivered. Come home or check outside and nothing. Call USPS and they say wait till tomorrow it should be delivered by then if not call back. Then why say its delivered?! It happened 6 times last year.

Hey $70 is still $70 may not loose sleep but for sure make sure you get your stuff. And I`m sorry that you`re having to deal with this.

Yep, call UPS and they will call the driver and he/she will try to remember where they delivered it. I have a camera on my door that records deliveries. Recently UPS said they delivered a package from AG, I told them "nope, I have a camera". They wound up getting it to me 10 days late and it had been delivered across the street. Three days after I thought it was lost forever I sent a message to AG saying that UPS had lost my package. They must have mailed it out the same day because I got the second delivery before UPS delivered my original package! Great customer service from AG. It was only an inexpensive .backordered item (Rupes Nano sanding pads) so AG said I could keep both.
 
this happened to me 3 times within 2 months (1 from Autopia and 2 from Amazon), I was furious. All 3 times the package was delivered to wrong address. First time, whoever had it, just opened my box and went through the contents, then dropped it off at my front door, 2nd time a neighbor brought it and knocked on my door, 3rd time it was randomly left at my front door and thankfully intact.

I have the same thing with USPS, their service and tracking sucks!
 
Amazon drivers say it was delivered to meet quota,USPS has a bunch of part timers who can care less,UPS and FedEx full timers are the best. If I get a substitute driver then they lie and say delivery attempted and don`t even leave notice and the permanent driver brings it the next day. I have received too many Amazon and USPS wrong addressed packages to count.
 
UPS has really been dropping the ball lately. I ordered a new phone and it was shipped from Kentucky accidently to washington. What do they do? Throw it on a plane directly back to kentucky just to load into a truck and drive it to michigan.. The smart thing to do would of been to just throw it on a plane to michigan. Now I`m stuck waiting an additional 4 days. They have lost all my future business based off how my phone call to them about it went. Simple solution that would save them money and my time having to wait for their screw up.
 
Had this happen to me about 2 weeks ago through USPS, first time ever.
My GF`s dad sent her Christmas presents and was tracking it and it stated that it was delivered at 6:15 p.m. which never happened, the next day I called USPS and got it all straightened out and it was delivered the next day.
Still questioned to this day why in the world it said it was delivered in the first place!
 
FedEx has their moments, too. Ordered some medical supplies (needed for my daughter) from California....needed to be signed for....supposed to be delivered by 4:30...never showed up. Called FedEx, they told me it was being returned to their nearest distribution center. I opted to have it held there, and picked it up. When I questioned what happened to my delivery the previous day, I was told they`d just received it that morning...totally not true. They covered up for their driver, plain and simple. Total bullsh!t.
 
I`m getting the Ring Video door bell. It records anyone who comes to to your door or rings the bell via motion sensor technology.

Apparently it`s not perfect, but something that kind of creeped me out happened to me sometime on Christmas....

Worked Christmas Eve, got home about 6. Nothing at the front door. Went to leave for work the Christmas day at 9am & there was a tin of homemade Christmas cookies wrapped in a bow at my front door...

Mind you, I live in cul de sac with 1 other house. There are like 6 houses on my street total. These were not on any neighbors door step and there was no note. So, someone was creeping around my door overnight.

So I`m not sure who left these mystery cookies.... My guess is there is a bunch of Ex Lax baked into them.
 
Couple of years ago I orderd 2 gallons of malco brake-off, when I picked the box up off my porch it was light I knew one was missing ups denied it vendor said I was trying to beat them. First the vendor used a beat up box for 2 gallons of a corrosive material, ups re taped it vendor did credit my card and told never order from them again. It was not a detail supplier.
