PA Cosmic V2 over Kamikaze Miyabi??

Just coated my sister`s car with Cosmic V2. Came out great. I was curious if I could put V2 over my Miyabi coat that`s on my 00 Navy Blue Corvette?? Wasn`t sure if it would enhance the Miyabi coating or diminish it??

Both are great products. You may have a bonding issue topping Miyabi since Cosmic is supposed to be installed on top of invincible primer which is a mild polish (and could remove Miyabi), unless you have the spritz version. If you do have the spritz primer, give it a shot on a panel and let us know your thoughts. I think if you want to top Miyabi you should try ISM coat or the Infinity Wax.

How long have you have the Miyabi on the Vette? And have you used any product with glossenhancer or protection in it from car soap or spray wax or anything else? If not so maybe a thorough decon wash and a panel prep wipe down could work with application over Miyabi. And without the Invicible Primer Spritz it`s not hardens as it can be. The longevity from Cosmic v2 coating could also be very lowered applyied over Miyabi. Then it`s also how long you have had the Miyabi on. If it`s over a year ago since application I would re-doing with Invicible Primer and Cosmic v2. Otherwise it`s a chance to if the bonding is strong enough to get you any longer longevity from Cosmic v2 over Miyabi.
