I tried using P21S wheel cleaner on my inner wheel wells (smooth black plastic) and I'm just noticing the mess it left now that the car is dry. It appears to be a white streaking that I can't remove. I know that it takes a long time to rinse away the gel, but I spent about 2 minutes rinsing each well.
Any ideas what I can use to remove the white streaking? I tried Armor All natural finish detailer spray, but it doesn't help.
