As others have said, why not post it here? And if not, then at least give us an email address to contact P21S.

I went to their website and sent them a email about this through their contact address. I'm waiting to see if I ever get a response.

Maybe this is it:S100 no longer P21s?

"Dear Sir,

We do not make any products especially for Harley- Davidson. There are some similarities between our S100 products and our P21S Products, but most of the formulations are different on each line. Still many of the S100 items can be used on automobiles but it is not recommended. The composition of S100 is designed for occasional use and is not intended for use on automobiles. Hope this answers your questions.

Kind regards

P21S Customer Service."

Um, anyone know what to make of this? I heard that this is true only now (ie, they were the same until they noticed people buying s100 instead of p21s I guess) whereas before they were both same thing.

Sorry Stanger you beat me to it!

Is the point of this to say "S100 is still good to use on cars."? I don't think that email stopped anyone! :D

Interesting info: http://www.tourolaw.edu/2ndCircuit/March00/s99-7389.html

P21S and S100 appear to be (formerly disputed) trademarks of a Brookside Import Specialties containing formulae from a DR. O.K. WACK CHEMIE, GmbH. Wack would appear to know the formulation and whether S100=P21S.

Brookside Import Specialties

550 E. Main St.

Branford, CT 06405

(203) 488-6569 Fax: (203) 483-0612

(800) 215-9442

All I know is P21S is a fine product.

Low-Tech, looks like that refers to wheel cleaners.... I dunno if that is the same company that also deals with the wax??

Appears to be - Got the Brookside name from the fine print on P21S.com...Look on the frame on the left side of P21S.com.

Case appears to refer to the generic trademarks engendered by the agreement to distribute wheel cleaners. From that, I am inferring (perhaps erroneously) that Wack may also be the source of the wax.

Anyway, I'm not motivated enough to contact Brookside directly. Just trying to pass along what I found.

I just looked at the can of S100 I have and noticed the name too, you're right.... but I was referring to the german company, "wack" or whatever...

on the S100 can it says "a SMARTPARTS product manufactured for Brookside Import Specialties, Branford CT."

any ideas who 'smartparts' is or what part of this eq'n they play?

From reading that info, I think all it talks about is the trademarks, not the product itself. Paragraph 4 Line 1 states that "BIS thereafter found a new supplier of cleaning products and chemicals, which it continued to sell under the P21S and S100 marks."
