Dear Friends
There's nothing impressive about these images. I should have shot some in the garage because I could see a lot more reflections in there.
This is really our van's second Spring '13 detail. The first time around I didn't give Blackfire Wet Diamond All Finish Paint Protection any cure time at all because I didn't know it needed any. This second time around the van received two coats of Wet Diamond and each coat had at least twenty hours of time to cure.
The whole process involved washing with Blackfire Wet Diamond Conditioning Shampoo, drying with the Master Blaster, skipping the claying (because I clayed it earlier this spring), spending about nine hours applying Blackfire Gloss Enhancing Polish with a Lake Country low-profile Hydro-Tech pad and Griot's 6" DA polisher (v2), one coat of Poorboy's White Diamond Show Glaze, two coats of Blackfire Wet Diamond All Finish Paint Protection, and a coat of Blackfire Midnight Sun carnauba wax. The hood and roof received two coats of wax.
The tires are showing a three-week-old application of Blackfire Total Eclipse Tire Dressing Gel.
This is the shiniest our van has ever been. It looks much shinier under fluorescent lights.
I ain't no mjlinane, but, hey, it's what I got and the best I've done so far.
