I flat out have never seen one these until I saw this one.

Look closely at the front end and you'll see it is longer than your typical 911 of this year.

The gauges are not in English! Still don't know what "Druck" means? At first I thought it said "Drunk" and thinking Germans and beer it made sense for a second. Clearly I'm easily entertained!

Defects were hard to catch on this color but it was buffer swirled like crazy.

Luckily who ever decided to halo it up didn't burn any edges!

Decon with some BF Poly clay picking up some grime on this one

Testing Testing 1...2...3...4... Testing! As suspected this was nothing my BF Compound/polish couldn't handle combine with my Rupes21. I had to do some other test using my rotary and a small pad for some of the curves. Rupes does not do well in tight curvy area's.

I worked late into the night trying to get the paint done on this car. My instruction were simple, "I want it perfect". The car is being shown on Friday at a Porsche meet.

After spot correcting a cpl area's I went ahead and BFBI. The plan was to top it with MS but on this color it really was pointless... It did nothing.

Why the BI cured I went to town on the engine bay

Here's the parting shot this morning I finished it up last night.

Just to be complete the interior was detailed with APC and protected with a low gloss dressing from P&S. All metal was polished with BF fine metal polish by hand. Tires were clean with heavy APC and no dressing was applied. Suspension was cleaned with APC. We did what we could with the under side but most of it was primer sealer gray. Front and rear bumpers were removed and all rubber was cleaned with APC and dressed low gloss. Sorry no pics of this my team did these parts of it and they really don't document.

Thanks for looking

great turnaround! really thorough too with removing the bumpers and all

MF pads with the BF compound?

and I agree the rupes does not do well on tight curves. I keep the griots in the cart with a 5in pad for stuff like that.

Beautiful job (as always)

It isn't polite to point out that some girls have larger noses than others.. :)
